Identify has employed UHF passive RFID to monitor temperature of product. Using UHF passive RFID, it does not need any battery on RFID tag so it does not have specific lifetime. The accuracy of the temperature is estimated at +/- 1C. This solution can enhance the efficiency in cold logistic to automate temperature with lower cost.
One RFID tunnel is installed on weight station to identify all of the used clothes on weight station. Another set of RFID gate reader is installed on the gate to identify the entrace and exit of all clothes. RFID readers are designed to automate clothes counting process, particularly the used ones because of high risk on contamination.
Identify has delivered TagSensor to a local logistic company in Thailand. Thsi TagSensor will be used to increase the efficiency in cold logistic operation.
Identify has employed RFID technology for the operation in a blood bank. Each bag of blood is attached with RFID tag. The tag is IP 68 and can withstand -40 C temperature. A UHF RFID reader is embedded in the checking station. When the container with blood bag is placed on the station, the ID of each bag in the container will be captured automatically without opening the container box. This will increase the efficiency and reduce the chance of touching the blood bag.
Identify has implemented RFID Self Service Weight Station. The solution is using UHF RFID Readers to automatic identify truck and its trailer by reading their RFID tags on truck and trailer simultanerously. Additionally the hand-free switch is also employed in order to reduce Covid-19 contamination in touching the screen.
Identify delivered RFID label for wire and tubes product. This label is complied with EPC C1G2 standard. It can be printable and obtains IP68 for outdoor environment.
